GUTEN TAG!

In December 2020, I received word from our Fulbright Teachers for Global Classrooms friends that I would be joining the group heading for Germany!

I couldn't be happier with this placement for my international's field experience. I studied German in high school for three years, though it seems my grammar and vocabulary are a bit rusty now. More than language lessons, I was fascinated by Frau Lyon's stories of the cities she had visited, the people she met, and the customs of the towns she lived in.

Unfortunately, as the pandemic rages on around the globe, our IFE has been put on hold for the time being. But never fear, I will try to keep this blog updated throughout the year with all sorts of interesting German and Global Education tidbits.
